Stephen P. Jarchow
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Jarchow is a well-regarded senior motion picture executive with over 25 years of experience in successful real estate and entertainment ventures. He has been involved in the production and/or distribution of over 150 motion pictures, as well as the building of a library of over 3,500 programs. He practiced law for several years and subsequently was a partner with Lincoln Property Company, a large real estate development company and a senior managing director with Bear Stearns, a major investment banking firm. He has been a participant in over 200 real estate partnerships and a principal in over $2 billion in financing. He has taught Entertainment Law for many years and is the author of five books and numerous articles and monographs.


Mark Reinhart
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Reinhart is responsible for Regent Entertainment and its affiliate Regent branded companies, acquisitions and worldwide distribution. Mr. Reinhart was instrumental in the launch of here! Networks, the first nationwide television destination dedicated to gay and lesbian programming. He formerly served as Senior Vice President of International Sales and Acquisitions at Artisan Entertainment and GRB Entertainment, and as Vice President of International Sales and Acquisitions at The Samuel Goldwyn Company.


Roxana Vatan

Vatan continues to work in the field of finance and accounting in a myriad of industries for the past 13 years. Among those industries she has played a vital role in handling the delicate procedures across Mergers and Acquisitions firms, brokerage firms and a decade of service in the entertainment industry.


David Millbern
Director of Development

Consistently recognized for his stellar work across a variety of mediums, versatile Hollywood everyman, DAVID MILLBERN continues to grace the stage and screen with his good looks and charm. Just this past year, he received an EMMY Award Nomination for his work on the "Ribbon of Hope Celebration" for the here! Network. It was iconic film producer and recent Academy Award recipient, Roger Corman, who first cast David in the now cult classic, SLUMBER PARTY MASSACRE, as a teenager. Having studied his craft with famed acting teacher Lee Strasberg in New York City, David secured a contract role on TV's "General Hospital" and headed to Hollywood. Film audiences will know David as Sir Ian McKellen's doctor in the Oscar-winning film GODS AND MONSTERS, opposite Alfred Molina in TEXAS RANGERS, or as the psychotic Marine in AIR FORCE 2, in which he starred with Mariel Hemingway. He also starred with SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE's Irrfan Khan in BOKSHU, THE MYTH shot in India and with Margot Kidder in the thriller, SOMETHING EVIL COMES. This fall, David stars with Oscar nominee Seymour Cassel in WITHOUT BORDERS shot in Greece. Alternating between film and television, Millbern has starred in over 40 made for television movies including: "An Accidental Christmas", "Fatal Reunion", "Christmas Do-Over", "Ice Spiders", "The Paradise Virus", "Tornado Warning", "Sanctimony", "Storm Chasers", "Amanda and the Alien", "Error in Judgement", "Chupacabra: Dark Seas", to name just a few. David has also won praise for his work on stage including a star turn as Joseph in the multiple Tony-winning musical, "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat", Franz-Xaver Kroetz's "The Nest", and the Los Angeles premiere of the two character play by N. Richard Nash, "Echoes". He created the voice of 'Lt. Louie Nichols III' in the popular cartoon series "Robotech" and has hosted MISS ASIA/USA for the past 3 years.
