SYNOPSIS

Pit Fighter(2004) The Mexican region of San Cristobel de Las Casas is a hotbed of turmoil and unrest. The top betting sport is pit fighting, a deadly game that matches man against man in a fight to submission. The local champion is a calm and quiet man named Jack. For five years Jack has been defeating all comers with amazing efficiency, but with no memory of any prior life. He doesn't even know his real name. All he has are buried images of desperately chasing a beautiful woman named Marianne. Jack donates his winnings to the needy, and lives a clean and healthy life, as a good man. All is peaceful until a string of events reunites Jack and Marianne. Jack slowly pieces the fractured memories of his life through the shadowy characters who knew him in the past. Jack learns he was a criminal, an evil and cruel man. His memories were of hunting Marianne, not loving her. Jack realizes there's only one way to win redemption, atoning for the sins of a life he doesn't remember. He must go after the very underworld figures who once guided him, the men that made him who he once was.
